EquestriAnne’s offers unique custom gifts and horse show awards. The owner, Laurie Ryan, is a long time horse owner and competitor who was seeking an opportunity to combine her business experience with her love of horses. Laurie started this business in 1996 and continues to add new design and items. Offered are hand decorated china and porcelain items. Designs include Foxhunt, Dressage, Hunter-Jumper, and Dogs. A large portion of orders are from horse show managers who wish to offer affordable and functional items as awards for their competitors. Some of the horse shows EquestriAnne’s has made awards for is the Missouri Dressage Classic, The GO Oklahoma Hunter Jumper Series, Wild West Dressage, Long Island Dressage Association, Kansas City Dressage Society, and the Northern California Hunter Jumper Circuit. HORSE SHOW MANAGERS: If you are interested in a
large order, please contact me for a quote. Popular items are mugs, plates, soap
dishes, vases, etc. I can get about any item or design even if you budget is
only $3 an item! Allow 3-4 weeks for
large orders.
Policies: Payment: Payment may be made via check, money order or Pay Pal. You can e-mail me your order and I can issue a Pay Pal invoice. For snail mail orders, a check and completed order form must be mailed with your order to: Laurie Ryan, 107 War Horse Lane, Willard, MO 65781. If an item is not in stock, Customer will be contacted. Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail or Fed Ex Ground, depending on the size of
the order Returns/Breakage:
Since these are individually made custom orders, there are no returns.
Although precautions are made to prevent breakage, due to the fragility
of the product, this occurs occasionally. Please contact us within seven days of
receipt of your order to report breakage. Please keep your box, the item, and
all packing material so that a claim may be filed. Your item(s) will be replaced
when reported.
